FAQ

Dishing It Out

You can take it.

  • While everyone is invited to the table, this spot makes it convenient for my community to park and grab a bite or full meal for the family. While Bishop Arts bursts on the weekends, our team has time to relax and regroup before easing in to serve Sunday supper.

  • We have a limited supply of birds that we sell first-come, first-serve, starting at lunch, much like signature BBQ destinations. Please note: A rotisserie “reset” happens after every lunch, from 3-5 pm. During that time, no whole or half birds are available. Need chicken for dinner? See you after 5 pm.

  • We are a small business designed to have quality fare available and ready to feed drive-in and walk-up neighbors. Interrupting that flow with online and third parties is not part of our plan. Maintaining a high quality of food preparation, connection with the community, and a balanced work-life is. Plus, we just like seeing you and catching up.

If our ordering stance changes, we’ll share the news.

  • As the opening was being outlined, a planned business partner from Spain dreamed of utilizing a portion of the space to offer Spanish imports, which would have lent to us being more of a store and eatery. While the partnership couldn’t progress, plans include moving forward with the concept. Look forward to shopping shelf-stable Spanish items, including olives, olive oils, conserva-style tinned fish, wine, beer, and more.
